Southern Living magazine selected Max Crosby to be a member of its Custom Home Builder Program based in the company's stellar reputation among local consumers, strength of presence in its respective market, superior quality and attention to detail, innovative style, among other criteria. Max has been a charter member since 1993 and member of the Board since 1994. The "premiere" Southern Living plan was built and featured in the August 1994 Parade of Homes and awarded "Best Product Design." Max also claims the title of past president and charter member of the Charleston Trident Homebuilders Association, Master Custom Builder Council, and past recipient of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce's Trident Outstanding Performance award. Max has served on the Board of Directors of the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association and was selected the 1994 "Builder of the Year" by the Association.
