Jamison Howard
President
Jamison has over 20 years of custom home building experience. He received his Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston in 1996 and began working at Max Crosby Construction in 1999 following his studies at Savannah College of Art & Design's Masters of Architecture Program. In 2002, he partnered with Max and continues to work to carry on the legacy and vision that the two had for the future of the company. Jamison was recognized by Charleston Home + Design Magazine in 2009 as one of Charleston's Most Influential Builders.
Toni Carson
Client Relations
Toni is a Lowcountry girl who received a BA from Clemson University and a Masters from The Citadel. Growing up on Hilton Head in the early days of its development, she has always had a love of development, construction, and real estate. She brings her knowledge of construction and development to her position and works hard to keep the clients connected throughout the building process. One of her main goals is that the client feels connected to the process whether they are building locally or from out of town. She is responsive and available to lead you down the road to the home of your dreams.
Teresa Culclasure
Project Coordinator
Teresa is a native of South Carolina growing up in Spartanburg. She attended the University of South Carolina graduating with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. Along with various positions in the business, hospitality and medical industries, she owned and operated a custom sewing and upholstery business for residential projects for 15 years. She recently completed her Certificate of Interior Design from the Charleston School of Interior Design. As a previous client of Max Crosby Construction, she was a perfect fit for the team to coordinate and oversee the details of each project!
Whitney Eller
Interior Designer
Whitney R. Eller is the Owner of her own Charleston, SC based interior design business, Whitney Rietz Designs (WRD). Specializing in residential and hospitality since 2000, she oversees all the programming, planning and design of projects ranging from Nantucket to W. Palm Beach. Whitney started her business immediately upon graduating from O’More College of Design in Nashville, TN, where she holds a B.S. of Interior Design. Her previous college experience includes an additional BS degree from Auburn University and classical architectural studies at the Institute of Classical Architecture in NYC. Whitney is honored to be on the MCC team.
Robert Pendarvis
Project Manager
Robert has been working for Max Crosby Construction from its inception in 1977 - framing the company's very first home. Prior to that, Robert worked in both commercial and residential construction for five years and is a true expert in the trade. In 2010, Robert became a Project Manager and now oversees all Max Crosby jobs from start to finish. In addition to his work at Max Crosby, Robert has taught construction courses at Trident Technical College. Born and raised in Charleston and now living in the Ridegville area, Robert is as familiar with the Lowcountry lifestyle as he is with the traditional details that make Max Crosby homes comfortable, livable and uniquely Southern.
Jocelyn Cunningham
Accounts Manager
Once Jocelyn was old enough to begin helping her father Max, she was brought on to the Max Crosby team and began to learn the workings of the company. In 1997, she began a full-time Accounts Manager position. Jocelyn is responsible for all accounts receivable and payable, dealing daily with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to keep operations running smoothly. Born and raised in Charleston, Jocelyn takes pride in knowing that generations to come will continue to find happiness in Max Crosby homes.
